This is NOT a Startup session, but designed for small scaling businesses (typically 4-15 employees and typically £200k-£1m turnover) however we may consider smaller businesses that have demonstrated growth at pace in the last 12 months. 

We will be covering:

  • Quality Control systems to ensure you as the leader are not manually checking everyone’s work
  • Leadership controls – managing staff, capturing and recording of HR information and storing it
  • Managing projects on time and within budget
  • Financial controls as managing the finances as the leader
  • Being proactive in your management of work and people

If you feel that your business lacks structure, is reactive, and sometimes chaotic at busy times – always firefighting and focussing all the time on ‘sales’ instead of operational foundations…. this one is for you!
