This is NOT a Startup session, but designed for small scaling businesses (typically 2-15 employees and typically £150k-£1m turnover)
We will be covering:
- Quality Control systems to ensure you as the leader are not manually checking everyone’s work
- Leadership controls – managing staff, capturing and recording of HR information and storing it
- Managing projects on time and within budget
- Financial controls as managing the finances as the leader
- Being proactive in your management of work and people
If you feel that your business lacks structure, is reactive, and sometimes chaotic at busy times – always firefighting and focussing all the time on ‘sales’ instead of operational foundations…. this one is for you!
