In some industries, an absence of Social Proof can mean even the best advertiser, with the best ads, fails to deliver any decent results.

Always remember – Facebooks Ads are not a silver bullet for a crap product. If people don’t trust your product, they don’t like your product, or don’t want your product – then no amount of advertising will make it work.

Sometimes, products sound too good to be true – toothpaste that whitens your teeth, shampoo that leaves your hair super glossy… in fact you may not even be able to substantiate your claims as per Facebook’s Advertising Policies – but your customers can!

Reviews are equally as important – especially if you offer a service that relies on trust, such as legal services, medical services, training, facial aesthetics, home improvement services. Without some evidence that you have happy customers, your ads could fall flat!
